INgene® q E. coli AIDA & EAST is a real-time PCR kit for the detection of AIDA - EAST DNA in biological samples from Swine. The assay is optimized for samples like faeces, rectal swabs, intestine and strains/vaccines. The kit consists on a multiplex real-time PCR in one-well format, detecting AIDA in FAM channel and EAST in HEX/VIC channel.
